Every time you install a new application or a piece of hardware, add a user, or change your PC settings, the change gets registered. When you uninstall a product all traces of it “should” be removed from the registry. Some products handle this well as well as others leave a mess behind.

If you have a new PC you can pretty much leave your registry alone. But if your like me and like to try out new things and are constantly installing and uninstalling software. Well your registry can get a little bloated and slow down your PC. To find out more about your Windows Registry check out this link

http://www.registrycleanerz.com/

Remember you only need to clean out your Windows Registry if you add and remove lots of hardware and software. So if you notice that your PC is getting slower and slower, the Windows Registry is often the culprit. The Windows Registry is like the hall of records for your PC and therefore you should be very careful with it.

In April, thousands of Californians will once again walk to bring the dream of conquering MS closer to reality. The money you raise from this event will fund continuing research to discover the cause and cure for multiple sclerosis. Equally important, it will help pay for a multitude of support services, right here in Southern California, critical to those whose lives have been touched by MS.

I have become active in the fight against MS, and I will be walking this spring. You can join me without taking a Step…You can sponsor me. Your support, no matter what the amount, will benefit 18,000 people living here throughout Orange, San Diego and Imperial counties fighting the MS battle.

So why this pathetic excuse for a post? Heck I have no reason really…But I do find it a little strange that both times they never once asked me for a form of Identification…

1st time – Walk in tell them I would like to cash the check, they take it asked me if I ever cashed a check there before I say no they walk over to the register and then realized I needed to sign it still. They bring it over have me sign it and bring me back cash.

About two weeks later

2nd time – I walk in telling them I needed to cash a check, I pull it out sign it and hand it to them and before I can get my ID out of my wallet they are handing me cash for it.

So if you need a check cashed and have no ID hit them up chances are you’ll get it cashed. On Main street in El Cajon, CA about a few blocks east of Magnolia Ave and look for this store on the south side (yes you know im a geek if I take a picture of it for blogging purposes)

I used to know someone about 10 years ago who owned her own business doing it and thought it was pretty cool. So I thought why not look into it as a way to make extra money on the side. And tie it in with my business. So I have signed up to take a 6 hour course/seminar on May 19 to be followed by the 90 minute state exam, get my fingerprints done and await the results from the test which I know I will pass. I am also going to take the extra exam (taken online) to be a Notary Signing Agent. I figure being how I know a few people in Realty, that it can be a bonus…

Who are these? (in case you don’t know)

A notary public is an officer who can administer oaths and statutory declarations, witness and authenticate documents and perform certain other acts varying from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. Generally speaking, a notary public in the United States of America has powers that are far more limited than the role of a civil law notary in the rest of the world, with the exception of Louisiana. For the purposes of authentication, most countries require commercial or personal documents which originate from or are signed in another country to be notarized before they can be used or officially recorded or before they can have any legal effect.

A Mortgage Notary Signing Agent is a commissioned Notary Public who specializes in the process of obtaining and notarizing the signatures of the party(ies) involved on real estate loan documents for the purpose of closing a real estate loan transaction. Lenders who offer correspondent loans across the country rely heavily on competent Mortgage Notary Signing Agents to complete the signing and notarizing portions of the real estate loan transaction in a professional, reliable and accurate manner.

There is a a post there that i just had to blog about asking if it’s ok if someone charges $125.00 to install something, of course it is but just a little too pricey, specially since the person was charging $125.00 to set up someone’s blog at wordpress.com which all it takes is the data entry of your email address, and your requested blog name such as heather.wordpress.com lol.

So another user said,

“the answer is: it’s legal for him to charge you $125. but like HandySolo said, it’s fiscal butt rape to charge you for setting something up on wordpress.com”

The user said it was taken from a line her dad used to say which is this

“You want money? Fine. I’ll bend over, you reach your hand up there and whatever you pull out, you can keep.”
