Beatboxing for Money

Lela and I were in the bedroom talking when all the sudden her daughter runs in asking the following…

“Mom, can one day we go beatboxing in front of the mall for money?”

We just about died laughing. Kids really do the darnedest things…But at least she’s already thinking of ways to make money…

Am I a Professional Blogger?

fiftyI was contacted a few days ago from a company mentioning that they liked my blog, asking if I would be interested in writing an article and that I would be paid $50.00 USD to do so. I replied right back, letting them know I was interested and wrote up the article. Today I received my payment via Paypal.

Does that I mean I can officially call myself a professional blogger? Probably not, but hey it sounds good…

BTW here is the article that I wrote in case you haven’t figured it out yet…

Computer Cleaning

windows_registry.jpgThe Windows Registry essentially stores the information and settings you need to configure your system for one or more users, applications, and hardware devices. Every time you install a new application or a piece of hardware, add a user, or change your PC settings, the change gets registered. When you uninstall a product all traces of it “should” be removed from the registry. Some products handle this well as well as others leave a mess behind.

If you have a new PC you can pretty much leave your registry alone. But if your like me and like to try out new things and are constantly installing and uninstalling software. Well your registry can get a little bloated and slow down your PC. To find out more about your Windows Registry check out this link

Remember you only need to clean out your Windows Registry if you add and remove lots of hardware and software. So if you notice that your PC is getting slower and slower, the Windows Registry is often the culprit. The Windows Registry is like the hall of records for your PC and therefore you should be very careful with it.

Walk MS 2008 – San Diego

Well we made it through the 3 mile walk. But my skin is hating me for it because we all somehow forgot to bring sunscreen. And burn way to easily I look like a big fat lobster waiting for someone to butter me up lol. I raised $130.00 but that was only because I only attempted once to get donations. Had fun though with all kinds of freebies, drinks and food along the way to keep ya going. People of all ages and dogs of all sizes were on the walk.

Waiting to start

2008 MS Walk

Walk MS – to end the devastating affects of multiple sclerosis – is drawing near and your help is needed. In April, thousands of Californians will once again walk to bring the dream of conquering MS closer to reality. The money you raise from this event will fund continuing research to discover the cause and cure for multiple sclerosis. Equally important, it will help pay for a multitude of support services, right here in Southern California, critical to those whose lives have been touched by MS.

I have become active in the fight against MS, and I will be walking this spring. You can join me without taking a Step…You can sponsor me. Your support, no matter what the amount, will benefit 18,000 people living here throughout Orange, San Diego and Imperial counties fighting the MS battle.

WILL YOU PLEASE CONSIDER HELPING? You can donate online by clicking the link below.
