Thanks to the new show “Extreme Couponing” We have along with others such as my SIL Kerri have been inspired to jump on the bandwagon of great savings. I have started to share my savings on my facebook page but decided I would rather do it here.
We haven’t received a lot of great deals yet because we are just now starting our collection of coupons but the two we did get so far were good enough to really get me started. One of the reasons for lack of great deals was we were out of ink for our printer. So I went to Staples to put an end to that. So look forward to my many great finds in the bear future.
Here are the two previous deals we have found (most of you on fb have seen these already)
Our first extreme couponing experience $50 worth of razors ($5 each) for free… These were purchased @ Food 4 Less they were on sell for .98 each normally $4.98 and then we had coupons for $1.00 off
Only paid $1.20 +tx for all this
@ Food 4 less – Crest was on sell for $1.00 each we had coupons for .75 off making them .25 each
@ Food 4 less – Shaving gel was on sell for $1.00 we had a coupon for .55 off making it only .45
@ Target The degree deodorant and body mist was buy the deodorant and get the body mist free, then we had a coupon for buy the deodorant and get the body mist free. They void each other out, so only paid tax….apparently target doesn’t have anything in their coupon policy in regards to BOGO these items are normally $3.50 each (wish i had more of these coupons)
