I have gone from living in San Diego, CA to Northern California. I have lost 40lbs up to date (and have alot more planned to loose). And have been learning more about my own self which is probably the best thing so far.

I have contemplated starting my blog over again for a couple years now but I figured with all the changes in my life lately that now is the best time more then ever to do so. So today I took the step of starting it over. Of course if anyone wants to view my old content you can by going to http://www.heathersblog.com/old.
