I’ve always wondered about this in the past but was eventually told that it is a sign of a drug house being near by. So I decided to do a search on the internet to see if that came up. It did as well as a few other thoughts.
- 1. Drugs are for sale in the area
- 2. That a gang member has died and it’s a way of showing respect. Although for some reason I don’t believe that one so much. As many gang movies as I have seen and a few people I have hung out with in the past, I never heard of that.
- 3. In one or two places I read that way back when that people that just got done serving in the military would throw up their shoes when they were done.
