I Make this look GOOD!

haircut.jpg“I make this look good” has been my phrase today. Not sure why but it is, maybe because I’m working on building more self confidence. Anyhow it’s been a long time since I’ve gone up to see Randee (friend of the family, and hair stylist). I’m going through this whole new me thing this year. And had to get my hair cut (just beyond my shoulders) and add red tints to it as I usually just do blond.
Sorry for the not so good picture as it was taken with my cell phone. But after taking lots of pics with my real camera and not caring for them to much. A friend of mine just wanted to see a picture and told me to just use my cell phone to send to her and she liked it. And now you find it here. I have my hair pulled forward on the side so you can see how short I cut it, It used to be almost down to my butt.

Walk MS 2008 – San Diego

Well we made it through the 3 mile walk. But my skin is hating me for it because we all somehow forgot to bring sunscreen. And burn way to easily I look like a big fat lobster waiting for someone to butter me up lol. I raised $130.00 but that was only because I only attempted once to get donations. Had fun though with all kinds of freebies, drinks and food along the way to keep ya going. People of all ages and dogs of all sizes were on the walk.

Waiting to start

He’s Gone!

dual.jpgWell he came here about 10 years ago looking to make a better life with more money. Two years later, we met, got married and stayed married for 6 1/2 years. During that time he was always using the excuse that we don’t have enough money to have kids, but at the same time he wasn’t doing anything about it. He got mad at me for quitting my sucky as job at Wal-Mart to work from home. Saying that we would do better if I went to work, but in all reality when I was working we weren’t’ doing any better. I was satisfied with our life, if he wanted to make all this money why was he still working at a store that his friend owned that will take him no where. At least when I worked at Wal-Mart I could of worked my way up the chain of command. And even now with me working for myself I can see myself going somewhere. I can see what only a few of my friends can, but he never could and that is SUCCESS!!!. Now 10 years later he is gone and back in Morocco with his family. The only thing he went back home with that he didnt’ have before was something I gave him and that is a US Citizenship. So enjoy that dual citizenship MOHCINE and someday I’m sure I will see you again, as it seems you all come back again.
