Never used the online iTunes stuff but for my mp3 collection its great. A free program that is somewhat similar to dreamweaver is called PSPad, I'd highly recommend it for anyone who balks at the price of dreamweaver (it's also handy for keeping a second ftp server open for on the fly edits while working with DW).
