Intangible

2006 June 12
by Heather

This is written by a good friend Rochelle and I just fell in love with it when I read it on her myspace blog.

Want her. Desire her
Though not a stranger
She’s kind & caring like a special gift
Just the type of woman
You can see yourself with
Eyes that penetrate your soul
Her scent you well know
Skin so soft you still feel her
Long after you’ve touched her
You look for just a glimps, a glance
Or even a chance
Any little sign for a hint of romance
You were once there
Even smelled her hair
Kissed her lips so tenderly
Felt her rythm, her passion
Satisfied her curiosity of something tried once
And for a second she’d dare.
But it didn’t last
The times you shared together went way too fast
And her heart still longed for another
Although you feel close
The yearnng in her heart she could not cover
So friends only, you decide to be
For her soul could not let go
Could not be free
You take a break
You take your leave
To regroup, to be ok, and just to breathe
Then after some time has passed
Your friendship rekindles
Even more special into one so deeply felt
And made to last.

Rochelle
