Pros of Having a Baby
Ok so Jeni has been contemplating if she wants to have a baby now, later, or ever. She is so scared of something happening to the baby. But I think thay as good as she takes care of her self…doesn’t smoke, eats very healthy only has an occasional drink (ok more then an occasional drink when with me lol) and goes to work out on a regular basis that she has nothing to worry about. So anyhow Soenke (her boyfriend) is so cute. He goes on telling her that all he wants to do is to make her belly big :).
So to help persuade her. I went around asking on a few of my forums the pros of having a baby.
Here they are:
My favorite aspect of being pregnant was when I felt the baby move inside me. It was the most wonderful, awesome, incredible feeling. To know that I was helping bring life and that little thing was in there doing some excercise!
the most increadible feeling that a lil person (created out of love) is growing inside out you
the most spiritial expeirence i have eved had, especially when they are born and you see it and hold it!
All the firsts: Those lil milestones that are so precious.
seeing your self , your hubby, great grand parents ect. all in one tiny person.
And my favorite part of being a Mom, unconditional love that your kid(s) give you! oh and that first “i love you”
I agree about the unconditional love. I always felt I had so much love to give and no one to give it to…now I do And they don’t judge me for weight/ pastfalures/ bad choices, etc. They love me and they need me.
When you go for your ultrasound… seeing those little arms and legs and the heart beating etc….
Not just feeling baby move, but seeing them move! And hearing their heartbeat.
Holding your newborn in your arms. Having them wrap their hand around your little finger.
Feeling protective of your baby and that unconditional love.
When no one can comfort them but you.
First word, first step, first tooth and all the other milestones. My favourite was when she learnt the word “mama” LOL
All the hilarious things they do or say. Seeing the similarities in personality between baby and you and hubby.
Seeing the similarities in appearance…
There is nothing like feeling your baby move inside you and hearing the heart beat for the first time
unconditional love…
when you deliver, it is the most wonderful feeling you could ever even emagine. i cant even explain the joy that overcomes you.
when you hold your baby for the first time it is amazing to know that you helped create this little being and you will feel an overwhelming sense of love and happiness.
I wasn’t big on being pregnant but NOTHING can prepare you for what you feel when you hear your baby (especially your first) cry after being delivered. For how you feel FOREVER after that. You are no longer the center of your own world (in fact it’s easy to even forget yourself). There is no greater love if you ask me.
you never understood real love until you feel and see your baby
unconditional, no strings attached, indefinite, special kinda love you can’t find, buy or get anywhere else….that special love a child brings..
The best thing I’ve found out about having my own children is I’m never going to be alone.

My wedding day was too stressfull, it was a good day but not the best!
Yea you read that right…. I did my goal and times it by 10. Some of it comes from hosting which means no work on my end. And then I have this great client who asked me how much something would cost i quoted him for 3 hours and he doubles it, as he says good work deserves the extra pay. Damn I love clients like this who appreciate and acknowledge hard and good work when they see it. Wish everyone was appreciative as he is. I know someone else who is as well, but I won’t mention her name. She knows who she is. 
Well I didn’t do all my shopping done today as I still want to go buy a couple outfits, and looking to buy a digital camera hopefully before this weekends trip to San Francisco. I looked today but decided to hold off a few more days when I have more funds. So today I went shopping for much needed stuff around the house like cleaning supplies and such. I decided to go to Walmart where I used to work, since it’s been a while since I’ve been there and had a chance to see the people i used to work with. I always find it amusing when they ask me if I’m going to come back and work there. NO WAY!!! I always say with confidence. Came back home put it all away to find out I was missing my bleach UGH I hate that. I often wonder how much extra money Walmart makes from people leaving things behind. And those people not wanting to drive all the way back for something that cost $2.00. The bleach isn’t worth the gas money I would of spent to go back. Anyhow then I went and did the boring grocery shopping. So after all that I still have money in my pocket to do what I want tomorrow lol. Right now I’m awaiting to hear back from my hair stylist to get an appointment for Thursday. It’s been months and months since I’ve been in there. And it shows big time. So now I must get started on dinner. Haven’t decided if I’m making Spaghetti or Eggplant Parmigiana. Leaning more towards the eggplant.
Yep this is what they do they spend over 1 grand on a hot dog that was purchased in the 3rd quarter of the championship game to go to the superbowl. See it all here on
