So what is better then making your favorite dish of Fettucini Alfredo with Chicken, mushrooms and yummi garlic bread?

Having it followed by ice cream covered with lots of Chocolate Magic Shell. Ohh how I love it, I don’t need it that is for sure, But I sure do love the stuff. I’ve been craving it for a while now…and last night I finally got my fix and in more then one way if you know what I mean.

Today I’m going to make some Chocolate Chip Cookies even more yummi. I am trying to find things to do with my day. And baking will be one of them. I suppose I could always mop the kitchen floor but I really hate doing that YUCK. I need to hire house cleaners so I wont have to do it lol.

I also feel like walking down the street to get my nails done and possibly a pedicure ohh how I need that. The ultimate luxury of having someone else massage your feet.

Well off I go to make some coffee to wake my butt up some more….

For those who know me very well. This will be a shocker for you. For some reason today unlike any other day. I am just not in the internet surfing mood. I think I spent to much time on it yesterday working on a few sites, that today I just want to turn on some music, and take care of stuff around the house and spend some time alone with just me contimplating my life and where its going.

Matter of fact I think I will pull out my book Ms Jeni gave me for my birthday this year. That I havn’t read yet. The Power of Intenion by Dr. Wayne W. Dyer

to see Hair Stylist?? Yes that is right my mother is flying down from Seattle today to have her hair done tomorrow at our stylist. Your probably thinking wow that is the most expensive hair cut I have ever heard of. Well not exactly. Not when you fly on Alaska Airlines for free, because your Husband works for them. I tell you that has to be the best benefit you can find in a job. Anyhow she comes down her quite often as all of us oldest kids (except my sister Jennifer) live down here. And our hair stylist is also our friend so that is another reason for her coming down here for her cuts and styles. So sometime around 3ish (was supposed to be noon but missed the flight) I’ll be picking her up from the airport.. I was really hoping to fly back up with her but she said all the flights look full. So anyhow I need to get to picking up ods and ends around here at my house, and start coffee and breakfast for Mohcine and I. Today is his day off, ahh he finally gets to spend time with his “Mother in Law” lol I know most men hate that, but I don’t think its so bad in this case.

This is my new favorite song… Which is also done by Earth Wind and Fire.. who I love, i’ve heard their version but never really listened to the lyrics before. I think I just prefer Maysa version of it.

Well 4th of July is tomorrow and what do we all do on the 4th? BBQ of course . We usually go to a friend of ours out in the mountains by Syquan Casino. Then last night my reunited friend Angela invited us to go to her house. I wanted to go there this time, but Mohcine decided he wanted us to have 4th of July at home and have our own little BBQ. Who am I to argue with my husband wanting to spend time alone with me . So of course I am totally down with that. So I of course had to go shopping to stock up on all the great BBQ food. Hot Dogs, Hamburger, Carne Asada, Chicken. Obviously we will have lots of left overs for the next couple of days. But we will probably ask our neighbors to have some with us.

I wonder what Jeni who is over in Germany is doing for the 4th of July. I bet it would be kinda funny to see Americans celebrating their Independance in another country.
